Ray Michalko, an ex-member of the RCMP, explores the series of unsolved murdered and missing women's cases in northern British Columbia, along a lonely seven hundred kilometer stretch of Highway 16, now known as "The Highway of Tears." Fueled by frustration with the polices inability to solve any of these crimes in thirty-five years, inspired by the belief that someone somewhere knew something, and driven by his unexplainable personal commitment, Ray embarked on a life altering journey.
